Ingredients
  

  • 4 (6 inch) Fajita size whole wheatflour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup Mustard paste
  • 12 ounces Boneless, chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 Medium Capsicum (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens (cucumber, salad leaves, mint leaves)

Notes

  1. Spread mustard paste on tortillas.
  2. Layer chicken, capsicum, red onion and salad greens down center of each tortilla.
  3. Roll up tortillas and serve.
