- 1 Pack whole wheat pasta
- 2 oz Chicken (julien cut)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic
- 1 Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes chopped (you can use 2-3 regular tomatoes also)
- A pinch of salt
- 4-5 Basil leaves (optional)
- Heat water with ½ teaspoon of salt added in it.
- Boil the pasta. This should take about 2 minutes.
- Cut chicken, capsicums and carrots in Julien cuts.
- Add olive oil in pan, and put garlic in it until golden
- Add chicken in it and fry until cooked
- Add spices and sauces according to your flavors
- Now add in all the cut vegetables and mix thoroughly.
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add garlic, Saute.
- Add the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add some basil leaves. Add a dash of water and saute it a little to bring out the flavor.
- Strain the pasta out and add it to this pan.
- Add the vegetables mixture too.
- Mix it well. Remember not to overcook the pasta while boiling it because it cooks in the pan also when you add it to the sauce.
- Mix well and serve hot.
