FAQs
Questions we get asked
Do you supply the Starlink hardware or only install it?
Both. We can supply the kit, install it, configure it and maintain it — or install and tidy up an existing installation.
What is a hail protector?
A shield fitted over the dish so hail cannot crack the panel. Worth it here, and much cheaper than a replacement dish.
Can I rent Starlink instead of buying?
Yes — complete rental packages including hardware, accessories, delivery and setup are on our tool hire page.
Do you support IT problems remotely?
Yes, remote desktop support and remote troubleshooting are available.
